Practice Requirement
10 Hours of Classes in Our Virtual Studio
All students are required to complete 10 hours of yoga classes in our virtual studio to apply advanced alignment, cueing, and sequencing in real-time practice.
Virtual studio hours must be completed by July 30, 2026 to count toward certification.
Online Coursework
100 Hours of Study in the Online Portal
Your online portal includes 100 hours of advanced recorded lectures, philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology. These lessons provide the foundation for your 300-hour certification and can be completed at your own pace within the course timeline.
Access opens February 1, 2026, and remains available after graduation for continued study.
Homework & Assessment
10 Hours of Recorded Teaching + 50-Question Test
To complete certification, students must submit:
- 10 hours of recorded video teaching demonstrating class design, cueing precision, and sequencing flow.
- 50-question multiple choice test covering anatomy, philosophy, teaching methodology, and cultural awareness.
All assignments are evaluated for clarity, embodiment, and leadership. Completion of these requirements ensures readiness for certification and advanced teaching opportunities.
