500-Hour Online Yoga Teacher Training is more than just a course—it’s a transformative journey into the depths of Black culture, community, and the power of the Black experience in yoga. Designed by Black women, for Black women and allies, this training honors the traditions of yoga while centering Black voices and stories.

Under the guidance of Black Prana Yoga, where we’ve proudly trained over 5,000 teachers (95% of whom are Black women), this experience will deepen your practice, your connection to self, and your connection to our community. This program is perfect whether you’re stepping up to teach or are seeking profound personal growth.

What You’ll Experience:

• A curriculum centered on Black wellness, strength, and resilience.

• Deep dives into yoga philosophy, anatomy, and mindful sequencing, presented with cultural relevance.
