Split Drills

Split Drill Bootcamp is a 6 week online strength and flexibility training course that focuses on building strength weekly. There is a new drill given each week that builds on the previous week to help you build towards your goal of nailing your split.

Training Camp Phase 1

The first week we introduce you to foundational movements to set you up for success. This is were we will begin to reconstruct your relationship to flexibility.

Training Camp Phase 2

Ok, so you finally releasing some of that tension in the hips…Here is where you will begin to dig into our strength building program to accelerate your progress.

Training Camp Phase 3

This week we focus on strength training. We will incorporate weights during this time to dial in muscle activation. This will be a combination of simple and complex movements to move you closer to your goal.

Training Camp Phase 4

We did some heavy lifting last week and now it’s time for some active recovery. We will intentionally down shift training for this week to give your body time to recover and prepare to jump into week 5.

Training Camp Phase 5

Splits.splits, splits and more splits…. This is the assignment for this week. We will turn up the intensity this week and build endurance.

Training Camp Phase 6

Splits are officially your jam now. This week we will focus on details and refining your split.
