200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Live Intensives
You’ll join us for three 5-day live sessions (all recordings will be available for replay).

Homework + Teach Back (Certificate Requirements)
To receive your certificate, you’ll complete:
- A 50-question multiple-choice exam
- 15 hours of recorded video teaching
- One 60-minute live teach-back session
- 1000 word paper
- Take 4 yoga classes per month in our virtual studio (unlimited for $25/month) or wherever you have an existing membership. (Must show proof of practice)

Answers to the most common questions about registration, timelines, and requirements.
Is this Yoga Alliance?
At this time, we do not yet have a final determination. Once additional information becomes available, we will provide an update accordingly. Our continuing education classes are currently registered with Yoga Alliance. The 200-hour, 300-hour, and 500-hour training programs have been submitted for review, and we have been advised that the review process may take approximately 6–8 weeks.
How long does it take?
6 months per course if all live sessions are attended and homework is turned in.
Is this beginner-friendly?
Yes. Students would register for the 200 Hour training if they have never taken or completed a teacher training before.
Do the trainings build on one another?
Yes. They should be taken in order: 200 Hour → 300 Hour → 500 Hour.
Are there refunds?
We offer a full refund prior to receiving access to the course on February 1, 2026.
